We do not manage funds, offer brokerage services, or provide financial planning.

Liquid/Bot is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our software, nor do we guarantee the performance or accuracy of our technology, algorithms, or any data provided through our services. User Account and Funds
Our software executes trades on your behalf within your designated brokerage account. You retain full control and ownership of your account and funds at all times. Liquid/Bot (liquidalpha.ai) does not have access to withdraw, transfer, or manage your funds directly.

Native Utility Token & Disclaimer
The Token (while not yet launched) is a utility token intended solely to provide access to specific software features and services within the Liquid/Bot platform. It is not an investment, security, or currency, and should not be purchased or held with any expectation of profit or value appreciation. Ownership of the Token does not confer any rights to profits, dividends, or financial returns, nor does it have any speculative or intrinsic value. The Token is designed strictly for two purposes: entertainment and experimental ownership, and to provide access to our future designated software (including our bot). It will also likely provide discounts on performance fees (if any are to be activated). It serves no other financial or speculative function. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for any loss, risk, or damages incurred directly or indirectly as a result of using or acquiring the Token. By purchasing, acquiring, or using any token related to Liquid/Bot or AlphaNova, you acknowledge and agree that its cores purposes are entertainment with minimal functionality, and we make no guarantees regarding its future value or any potential financial benefit.

You fully release the founders, company, and affiliated parties from any liability, whether known or unforeseen, related to the use or acquisition of any token, especially our experimental trial token: $ANVA. You recognize $ANVA as a social experiment that has absolutely no speculative or investment value and you acknowledge this without any reservations. Any claims or discussions revolving 'token price' is strictly for entertainment purposes only. It's actual value is zero. ($0.000000000000)

User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the decisions and instructions inputted into the Liquid/Bot software or its user-interface. Users must conduct their own due diligence and are encouraged to consult financial, legal, and tax advisors before making investment decisions. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or the use of Liquid/Bot.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Affirmation of Understanding
By using Liquid/Bot you affirm that you understand and agree to these Terms, recognizing that Liquid/Bot is strictly a technology service provider and not a financial service entity in any way or form.
